I have been working in the building construction and real estate sector as a specialist for sustainable construction, management and lifestyle since the 1990s.
I works with:
- Sustainable project management (economic, environmental and social) in new construction and renovation projects and operation and maintenance
- Sustainability coordination of buildings, infrastructure and neighborhoods with the preparation and monitoring of sustainability programs and sustainability plans during the design, construction and management phase
- Certification under the LEED, BREEAM, Miljöbyggnad, Svanan, CEEQUAL rating system
- Technical and environmental inventory / inspection of existing properties known as due diligence, including materials inventory of hazardous waste, PCBs and asbestos inventory and demolition plans
- Life cycle calculations (LCC) for building components and entire buildings
- Environmental and health assessment of materials and building products as well as life cycle analysis (LCA)
- Coordination of construction projects with Quality, Environment and Safety
- Development of management systems according to ISO in companies active in the construction and property sector
